আমি অক্টোবর এ এই রাউটার কিনি। এটাতে 2GG কাজ করতো না। উত্তরা ব্রান্ঞ্চ ধরতে পারেনি। পরে ইন্টারনেট এ লোক বলার পর বুঝতে পারে, এবং বদলায় দেয়। এখন এই নতুনটাতেও সিগনাল পাওয়া যায় না। আমি অন্য রাউটার লাগিয়ে দেখেছি কোন সমস্যা নাই, কিন্তু আপনাদের রাউটারটা লাগালেই সমস্যা। এখন কি করব। উত্তরা ব্রান্ঞ্চ এ গেলে তো ওরা কিছুই ধরতে পারেনা।
